We have to admit to not being fans of knit gloves. While they do have benefits, they don't seem to afford enough protection for our more aggressive days. We also have to say that the ActivArmr® gloves completely blast that idea out of the water. For being as lightweight as they are, these gloves dispense a ridiculous amount of hand protection.
I wore them while I did a wide range of general maintenance and construction activities…… After all of that, my hands came out unscathed. No cuts, no abrasions and no blisters. I handled a wide range of materials and used many different types of tools. One thing I was really impressed with was the flexibility and tactile response. Being able to keep my gloves on while handling fasteners was a real plus.
The gypsum board often slips out of my hands – they don’t with these gloves. Plus, I can still pick up the screws and nails.
I often don’t wear gloves when I’m laying roofing because they get in the way. I need a tight fitting feel so that I can feel my tools and the fine details.
I usually have to cut the fingers out of gloves that I wear in order to get anything done. I wouldn’t need to with these.
Thanks for letting us test the new impact safety gloves. The guys really liked them, so much so that I've had a hard time getting them to return them to me!
In the past year I had two workers seriously burned in rig accidents. They were severly injured in all areas not covered by FCR, especially in the face and hands...

The gloves are very grippy and tactile. They allow for fine manipulation. Basically, you won't have to worry about feeling the trigger.
Whether I’m working the day or night shift, you can see me a mile down the road and that could save my life.
I can do more intricate things with these gloves. I normally wear leather, and I have to take them off throughout the day.
Typically you can’t see my hands from down the road. You can now see me from a mile away. These are great!
In other gloves, my hands would start to get cold quickly, but with these gloves, my hands stayed warm all day.
I work with dry ice and I literally could not feel the ice at all in these Ansell cold weather gloves. I was amazed.
My typical gloves are big and bulky and get in the way of my work. I hate wearing them, but I have to. I love how the Ansell gloves fit and feel …. I can actually do my job better.
Snowy weather isn’t just about fighting the cold, it’s about making sure I’m seen. The Ansell gloves kept my hands warm and visible. The orange and black cut through the weather like a beacon.
The textured grip is key for me. In the wet and cold, I could STILL keep hold of my tools and never once felt like I was at risk of dropping anything.
The new reinforced material on critical parts of the hand and fingers was excellent and I could tell the material would not wear down as quickly on concrete block.
It was a very nice fit and comfortable. The rubber made carrying heavy objects easier because the grip was very good and the glove lasted a lot longer.
We have tested several gloves and this glove provides the right combination of impact protection and durability required for our lashing application.
These gloves have out gripped and out lasted any gloves I used prior to the Mad Grips. So glad I've found a good glove for the job. Another nice thing is they don't have the nasty smell that other grip gloves have ( think latex ).
